Post Workout Chocolate Vegan Protein Shake 
w/ Nuts and Seeds

Ingredients :

2 Frozen Bananas
Handful of Ice Cubes
2 tbsp Hempseeds
6 Almonds
1 tbsp of Flax Seed
2 Dates
1 cup Soy Milk Unsweetened
1 cup Water
1 inch Ginger
3 tbsp Cacao
1 scoop Protein Powder

Directions :

Blend it all in the Vitamix
