My Morning Green Juice with Aloe Vera

Happy Saturday!!



I wanted to share my morning drink with everyone. It tastes so good and has such great health benefits that I could not resist but pull out my laptop and begin to type this post. My smoothie with aloe vera juice is so easy to make and is a perfect way to start my day after a glass of warm water.

Firstly, lets understand why Aloe Vera Juice is good and why I love to drink it in the morning before breakfast and workout.

My smoothies consist of :
  1. 1 green ( handful of kale or collared green or celery )
  2. 1 fruit
  3. 1/3 of water or coconut water
  4. 30 ml of Aloe Vera Juice
