High in Fiber, Antioxidants and Low in Calories Smoothie Bowl

Berry Smoothie 
(High in Fiber, Antioxidants and Low in Calories)


Ingredients:

1 cup Blackberries
1 frozen Banana
1 cup Blueberries
3 tbsp coconut milk
1 cup water

Directions:

Blend it all and top it with Buckwheat seeds and Mint leaves.
