Hummus - Vegan and Low Fat


Hummus


Ingredients:

15 oz Chickpeas
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
2 cloves of Garlic
2 Green Chilis
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tbsp fresh Lemon or Lime juice
1 tbsp Tahini
Honey (optional)

Directions:

Blend it all. Top it with red pepper flakes, cilantro and pine nuts
