Tangy Oats - Healthy , V , GF


Tangy Oats

Can be served as snack or lunch

Ingredients:

Slightly Roasted Oats
Slightly Roasted Rice puffs
1 Medium tomato
1/4 or less of an Onion
1 or 1/2 Clove of garlic
1 Green chili
Chopped coriander
1 Lemon
Pinch of salt and pepper

Directions:

Mix it all. 
You can add a pinch of cinnamon or mint/tamarind sauce if you'd like.
